Production is not for those who can't handle the pressure.

People say, "What’s there in production? Machines do the work."

Really? Come to the shopfloor. Let me show you what actually happens:

🔸 Operator absent. No backup.
🔸 Machine breaks down 1 hour before shift end.
🔸 QA holds the part for micro variation — dispatch blocked.
🔸 Planning calls every 30 minutes: “When will it dispatch?”
🔸 Tool life over, spare not available.
🔸 Material received, but wrong spec — full lot on hold.

Now imagine one person in the middle of all this:

📍 Managing the team
📍 Coordinating with QA, maintenance, and planning
📍 Handling pressure from seniors
📍 Solving real-time issues
📍 Motivating operators
📍 And still — expected to hit the target

That’s the Production Engineer / Shift Incharge.

Not just a role — it's a full-time mental game.
No breaks. No excuses. No retakes.

Every problem lands directly on your desk. And you don’t have the luxury to say “I’ll fix it tomorrow.”
It’s now — or the whole line stops.

Still, every day we show up, suit up, and deliver.
Because production doesn't stop — and neither do we.

💥 Respect to every floor warrior who silently fights this battle daily.

Because behind every "Plan Achieved" board, there’s a person sweating silently behind the scenes.
